BY ACCESSING OR USING ZOOCO IN ANY MANNER, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, VISITING, BROWSING THE WEBSITE OR THE APP(s), REGISTERING TO OR ORDERING PRODUCTS OR SERVICES FROM ZOOCO, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT INCLUDING ALL THE PLATFORM POLICIES. IF YOU ARE NOT ELIGIBLE, OR DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS AGREEMENT OR THE PLATFORM POLICIES, THEN YOU DO NOT HAVE OUR PERMISSION TO USE THE PLATFORM.

General

  1. ZOOCO is owned by WWOH Innovations Private Limited (“Company”, “We”, “Us**”, or “Our”) is a private limited company having its registered office at S.No. 38/1 Dhanori Vishrantwadi, Pune, Maharashtra, India, 411015 which owns and operates the website (https://www.zooco.pet/) and any sub domain thereof, including (https://www.app.zooco.pet & https://www.partner.zooco.pet) and mobile/tablet/console applications or other present or future electronic modes (”App(s)”). The website and the Apps are collectively hereinafter referred to as the “Platform”, which may be updated from time-to-time at the sole discretion of the Company.
  2. On or through the Platform, We offer a wide array of services dedicated to the health and wellness of pets, collectively referred to as 'Services.' These 'Services' encompass our digital interactive technologies and tools, including but not limited to text messaging, online chat, and video conferencing. The primary function of these 'Services' is to enable pet parents/owners ('Clients') or the users of the platform to effectively share their pets' health histories and engage in consultations with various pet care professionals and book their services. Such pet care professionals, including but not limited to veterinarians, nutritionists, trainers, groomers, and boarding service providers, are herein collectively termed 'Service Partners'.
  3. The specific services provided by Service Partners are labeled as 'Pet Services.' 'Pet Services' include a range of care or treatment services related to pet health and wellness, extending beyond the technology-based 'Services' provided by the Company. This category encompasses, among other things, 'Veterinary Services,' which are a specialized subset of 'Pet Services.' 'Veterinary Services' refer to animal medical care and health-related consultations provided by licensed veterinarians, including but not limited to medical diagnoses, treatments, prescriptions, and telemedicine consultations. It is important to note that the 'Services' we offer do not include the actual 'Pet Services.' Therefore, the Company is not responsible for the provision of 'Pet Services.' The Company and its affiliates neither employ nor represent any Service Partners. Service Partners are independent entities and do not act as agents, contractors, or partners of the Company or its affiliates. They do not possess any authority to bind or represent the Company.
  4. The Company requests you, the users of the Platform (“You”, “Your”), to please read these Terms and Conditions (’Terms’) and all other policies of the Platform carefully before using or registering on the Platform. Your use of the Platform, including accessing its contents and utilizing the services provided, is subject to your agreement with these Terms. Your continued access to, and use of, the Platform and its Services is conditional upon your full acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. It is your responsibility to review and understand all aspects of these Terms before using the Platform. In addition to these Terms, your use of the Platform is also governed by several other policies of the Platform, which include but are not limited to the Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Payment Policy, and Cancellation and Refund Policy. Collectively, these documents, along with the Terms and Conditions, constitute the 'Platform Policies.’ Your continued use of the Platform and its Services signifies your binding agreement to these Platform Policies in their entirety. If you do not wish to be bound by any of these Platform Policies, you may not use the Platform or the Services. By accessing the Platform or using the Services, You represent and warrant that You have full legal capacity and authority to agree to and bind yourself to these Terms. If you are entering into these Terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity to these Terms, in which case the terms “you” or “your” will refer to such entity. If you do not have such authority, you must not accept these Terms or access or use the Platform or the services on such entity’s behalf. In the event an individual agrees to these Terms on behalf of a legal entity without proper authority, such action shall be considered a breach of these Terms. The individual and the entity they falsely represented will be jointly and severally liable for any damages, losses, or liabilities incurred by the Company due to this misrepresentation. The Company reserves the right to take legal action, including but not limited to, terminating the access to the Platform for both the individual and the entity, and seeking reparations for any harm caused by the unauthorised agreement. For the purpose of these Terms, the Company and the Users shall individually be referred to as "Party" and collectively as "Parties".
  5. “Third Party or Third Parties” shall mean and refer to any individual(s), company or entity apart from the User and the Company.
  6. The term "Consultation" refers to the service provided by Service Partners to Clients through the Platform. This service encompasses a range of veterinary activities and pet services, including but not limited to, evaluating pet health, offering medical, diet and general care advice, diagnosing health issues, and prescribing treatments or medications. Consultations can be conducted using various modes available on the Platform, such as text messaging, phone calls, video conferencing, or any other digital communication methods supported by the Platform.
  7. A "Booking" is an electronic request made by a Client through the Platform to schedule a Consultation or Pet Services with a Service Partner. This request includes the proposed time, date, and any specific preferences or needs related to the Pet Service. The Booking becomes a confirmed appointment only after it is accepted and confirmed by the Service Partner. The Platform facilitates the transmission and management of these Bookings but does not guarantee the availability of the Service Partner at the requested time or for the requested service. The Service Partner has the discretion to accept, decline, or propose an alternative time for the Booking based on their availability and the nature of the requested pet service.
  8. The Company reserves the right to activate or deactivate any offers and promotions on the Platform provided at any time.
  9. In addition, in these Terms, unless the context requires otherwise, words in one gender include all genders and words in the singular include the plural and vice-versa.
  10. These Terms will be considered to be an electronic record under the Indian data privacy laws including the Information Technology Act, 2000 read with rules and regulations made thereunder and will not require any physical, electronic, or digital signature by the Company.

Eligibility, Account Creation & Access

  1. The Platform is not available to persons, under the age of 18 (eighteen) years or to any user suspended or removed from the Platform for any reason whatsoever. You represent that You are of legal age to form a binding contract and are not a person barred from using or accessing the Platform and receiving the Services by the Company or under the applicable laws of India.
  2. The Platform and its Services are always evolving and the form and nature of the Platform and its Services may change from time to time. In addition, the Company may stop (permanently or temporarily) providing the Service (or any features within the Platform) to you generally and may not be able to provide you with prior notice.
  3. To use the Platform, avail its Services you are required to register and create a profile on the Platform (”Account”) by providing certain details, including but not limited to your name, age, gender, address, mobile number, email id, etc., and certain other information as may be required by the Platform (”Account Details”) . You expressly acknowledge that the Company will rely on the information as would be provided by you and thus you must warrant that any and all information provided by you in the course of creating the Account is true, accurate, current and complete. You agree to promptly update your details on the Platform in the event of any change to or modification of this information. The Account will give you access to the Platform, its functionality and Services that we may establish and maintain from time to time and in our sole discretion. As a registered User, you will receive access to certain sections, features and functions of the Platform that are not available to non-registered users.
  4. You may not transfer or share your Account password with anyone or create more than one Account. If the Company discovers or determines that you possess more than one Account, it will have the right to revoke, without notice, your access to the Platform and the Services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account password and for all activities that occur under your Account. The Company reserves the right to take any and all action, as it deems necessary or reasonable, regarding the security of the Platform and your Account Details. In no event and under no circumstances shall the Company be held liable to you for any liabilities or damages resulting from or arising out of your use of the Platform, your use of the Account Details or your release of the Account Details to a third party. You may not use anyone else’s account at any time.
