PLEASE READ THIS CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY CAREFULLY. BY ACCESSING OR USING ZOOCO IN ANY MANNER, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, VISITING, BROWSING THE WEBSITE OR THE APP, REGISTERING TO OR ORDERING PRODUCTS OR SERVICES FROM ZOOCO, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY ALL OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THIS CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY. THIS CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY IS INCORPORATED INTO AND SUBJECT TO OUR TERMS OF SERVICE AND SHALL BE READ HARMONIOUSLY AND IN CONJUNCTION WITH THEM. ALL TERMS USED HEREIN HOWEVER NOT DEFINED UNDER THIS CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY SHALL HAVE THE MEANING ASCRIBED TO THEM UNDER THE TERMS OF SERVICE.

General

  1. Zooco is owned by WWOH Innovations Private Limited (“Company”, “We”, “Us**”**, or “Our”) is a private limited company having its registered office at S.No. 38/1 Dhanori Vishrantwadi, Pune, Maharashtra, India, 411015 **which operates the website (https://www.zooco.pet/) and mobile applications (”App(s)”) through which We provide pet parents with pet health and wellness content and related online services including but not limited to online consultation services, appointment bookings, text messaging, online chat and digital video conferencing with Veterinary professionals or other pet experts or professionals, animal vaccination services, animal health checkups, diagnostic and pathological services (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Service(s)”). The Veterinary professionals, dog trainers, other pet experts or any other entity or individual person who provide these Services are hereinafter collectively referred to as “Service Partner(s)”. The website and the Apps are collectively hereinafter referred to as the “Platform”, which may be updated from time-to-time at the sole discretion of the Company. Your access to and use of the Platform and the Services is conditioned on Your acceptance of and compliance with these Cancellation and Refund Policy and other policies of the Platform (“Platform Policies”). The Company requests You, a User of the Platform and Services, or any legal entity that books the Services on behalf of end-users (“User”, “You”, “Your”, “Customer”), to please read all the Platform Policies carefully before using or registering on the Platform. If You do not agree with the Platform Policies, please do not access the Platform and use the Services.
  2. We are committed to providing Our Users with the highest quality services. However, on rare occasions, Services may be found to be deficient. In such cases, We offer refund in accordance with this Cancellation and Refund Policy.

Cancellation & Refund Rules

  1. Every effort is made so as to service the orders placed, as per the specifications and timelines mentioned with respect to the Services. If due to any unforeseen circumstances or limitations from Our side, the service is not provided then such order stands cancelled and the amount paid by You is refunded.
  2. We will not process a refund if You have placed the order for the wrong service.
  3. In the event it is proved that the Service Partners have acted in contravention of any applicable laws, We shall provide complete refund to the User, subject to investigation undertaken by the Company.
  4. If the cancellation is due to the abusive nature of the User, such User shall not be eligible for any refund and the Company / Service Partner shall be entitled to take any legal action, depending upon the gravity of the matter
  5. For “Ask a Vet” Service We shall make every effort to ensure that prompt responses are provided by the Service Partners upon receiving questions. Users acknowledge and agree that response times may vary and can range from 24 to 48 hours commencing from the moment a Service Partner accepts the question, and such timing is solely within the purview of the assigned Service Partner. In the event that the assigned Service Partner fails to furnish a response within 24 (twenty four) hours, the User shall be entitled to either a refund or the option to request a change of the assigned Service Partner.
  6. No refunds will be provided for Ask a Vet Service after receiving a response from the Service Partner. In case the response provided by the Service Partner is abusive or violates any applicable laws. We shall provide complete refund to the User, subject to investigation undertaken by the Company.
  7. ZOOCO Pro monthly/annual membership plan automatically renews each month/year on the date of the original purchase unless cancelled by the member.
  8. The membership fee for the monthly/annual ZOOCO Pro membership plan will be charged at the beginning of each billing cycle.
  9. Members may cancel their monthly membership at any time. The cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and the member will have access to the services until then. No refunds are provided for any remaining days in the membership month after cancellation. Members who purchased annual membership can also cancel their annual membership at any time. However, if the cancellation occurs within the first 30 days of the membership term, a refund is calculated based on the standard monthly rate, not the discounted annual rate. The refund will be the total annual fee paid minus the standard monthly fee for one month. Cancellations for annual membership plan after the first 30 days are not eligible for a refund, However, the membership will not be renewed in the following year.
  10. To cancel a membership, members must follow the cancellation procedure outlined on the Platform, accessible through the control center. It is the member’s responsibility to ensure the completion of the cancellation process. Incomplete cancellation requests may result in continued billing.
  11. The Company reserves the right to modify the terms, conditions, and prices of its membership plans. Any changes will be communicated to existing members in advance, along with the effective date of these changes.
  12. Membership plans are non-transferable and are limited to the member’s use only. They cannot be transferred to another individual or account.
